- AI Engineer, Mid-sized meat industry group, three sites
- Built and lead the group’s AI team of four people, reporting to the management board. Responsible for governance, data quality and the introduction of AI across the group.
- Designed, built and operate the internal forecasting and planning platform as the sole developer, from concept to production.
- Replaced manual demand planning with forecasts that drive purchasing and production, measured against the previous-week carry-forward.
- AI assistant with access to the platform data on a locally run language model, plus a news early-warning system that condenses about 20 sources into a market picture.
- Introduced Microsoft 365 Copilot in administration with a training programme and documented use cases in the departments.
- Replacing the group’s central integration platform, rebuilt on Python and Dagster with parallel run and cut-over day.

- Digitised a dive shop: developed a point-of-sale, finance and inventory system as a web application.
- PADI Dive Master: leading international groups, risk management and decisions under pressure in a safety-critical environment.
